Payments through Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record for FinEpoch Pro purchases. Refund requests and applicable withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with Paddle’s buyer terms, its current Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. This page does not replace those rights or promise that every request will be approved.
Request a refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and choose the refund support option. You may also email aksayatakan7@gmail.com for assistance. Include your purchase email, transaction reference and a short description of the issue. Never send your password, full card number or card security code.
Refund eligibility, applicable deadlines and processing are assessed by Paddle under its policy and local law. Statutory withdrawal rights vary by country and type of digital service. Please make your request promptly; do not wait for a support response if a statutory deadline is approaching.
Cancel future renewals
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Use Manage subscription in FinEpoch Settings or the Paddle portal linked in your receipt to cancel. Standard cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal.
Cancelling renewal is different from requesting a refund. It does not automatically refund the current period or unused months of a yearly subscription. Any refund entitlement remains governed by applicable law and Paddle’s policy.
Technical issues or unexpected charges
If you cannot access paid features, notice a duplicate charge or do not recognise a payment, contact us and Paddle with the transaction reference. We will help investigate service access. Paddle handles payment corrections and approved refunds. A refund may end the related Pro access.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer protections, including any applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for a defective or misdescribed service. If a statement here conflicts with a mandatory right, that right prevails. See the linked Paddle Refund Policy for current country-specific rules.
