Billing and refund support
For payment receipts, refunds or cancellation help, you can also contact Paddle at paddle.net. Include your transaction reference if available. Do not email passwords, full payment card details or bank credentials.

Privacy and security
Use the same email address for data access, correction or deletion requests and suspected security issues. Put Privacy or Security in the subject so we can identify your request. Please share only the information needed to explain the issue.
